I have a strong knowledge of the Charlotte metro resale market, the REO (foreclosure) process, the short sale/pre-foreclosure process, real estate auctions and traditional real estate sales. Since entering the real estate profession over 9 years ago, I average over 75 transactions per year. I make all of this happen with state-of-the-art technology, including a Blackberry that makes me accessible via phone or email any time of the day, advanced time and contact management software, a new tablet PC, a digital camera, Flip Video, mobile broadband Internet access, and two high speed scanner and copiers. I also utilize a closing coordinator and a full time client care manager, Heather Church.
During my spare time I enjoy bike riding, jet skiing, playing with my dog “Eddie”, and traveling. I was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama and Panama City, Florida. My father is 90 years old and is one of the last Pearl Harbor survivors in Alabama. My mother is much younger than my father and was raised on a cotton / peanut farm with 6 other siblings in Dothan. I played the trumpet during my years in high school. I consider myself an animal lover growing up with collies, pomeranians, and a shih-tzus.
